Congo, Republic of Visa for Nigeria Passport Holders

The applicant must provide the original passport that:

• The passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travelling with at least 2 blank visa pages facing each other.
• The passport must not be damaged by any means.

The applicant must provide 1 passport sized coloured photograph that:

• Is taken against a white background (glue to the application form)
• Have been taken within the last 6 months
• Please do not use stapler when attaching the photograph to the application.

The Visa Application Form must be fully completed, signed and dated.

The applicant must provide travel confirmations in the form of:

• Flight confirmation detailing the outbound & inbound travel details - Itinerary.
• Copy of confirmed hotel reservations.

If the applicant does not hold a valid UK passport must provide the following proof of residency:

• Original UK Residence permit (stamped in passport or in the form of an identity card)
• Must be valid for more than 3 months after entry date 

The applicant must provide Original Yellow Fever Certificate.

• Applicant must provide 2 copies of UK Supporting Letter and 3 copies of the Letter of Invitation (LO), one will be certified and  must be carried with you whilst travelling.
• Applicant must provide 2 copies of Travel Confirmation.
• The Honorary Consulate is open from Monday to Friday:  10.30 am to 15.00 pm ( Except on British Public Holidays and on Congo-Brazzaville’s Independence Day – August 15^th) .
• Please note last lodging of visa application is at 2.00pm. Please note same day visa service is no longer available, next day service only.

The UK employer must provide the applicant with UK Supporting Letter that:

• Is printed on a company letterhead.
• Is addressed to the Consulate/Embassy.
• Includes the applicants full name.
• Includes the applicants passport number, date of issue and date of expiry.
• Includes the applicants date of birth and place or birth.
• Includes the reason for the applicants journey and name of organisations or company to be visited.
• Includes the number of entries and the duration of the stay.
• Includes a statement of acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant trip.
• Includes the signature of the applicant`s supervisor or HR department representative.

UK Supporting Letter Sample will be enclosed with Order Application Package.

The applicant must provide an original Certificate d'hebergement from the Congo Brazzaville inviting host. Copy of this document must also be presented to immigration authority upon arrival in Congo Brazzaville.
